Connect Training Visit The Watercooler Workplace Wellbeing Event 2022

We attended the Watercooler event last week to discuss the latest trends and solutions available to improve workplace wellbeing.

The Watercooler event is a two-day exhibition. This year, it took place at the Olympia London from the 25th to the 26th May 2022. The event was attended by over one hundred wellbeing experts, from businesses such as Axa Health, Headspace, Nuffield health, Lloyds and many more. The full list of exhibitors and speakers can be found here.

There were a range of talks, workshops, roundtables and exhibitions to discover, providing an engaging environment for attendees to learn more about issues impacting upon their employees.

Both of our Fast Pitches were successfully delivered by our Business Development Manager, Hannah Foley. It was good to see so many people interested in learning more about live virtual reality, and it was great to chat to many of the attendees after the presentations had finished.

We discussed how virtual reality roleplay facilitates a safe space for employees to practice their skills for handling wellbeing topics such as panic attacks, bullying, burnout, menopause awareness, and low morale or confidence.

Virtual reality training with a live human avatar creates an authentic way of learning, which is long-lasting, immersive, and highly flexible.

Where possible, we also encouraged businesses to sign up to our free live virtual reality Immersion Studio demonstration, so they can see our unique platform for themselves. If you would like to sign up for a free demonstration, you can do so here.

If you were not able to attend The Watercooler event to see our Fast Pitches, you can watch our full recording of the event here.

Alternatively, if you would like to get in touch with us to discuss any future events, presentations or pitches, please call 01270 449165 or email hello@connecttotraining.co.uk.
