Connect Training award finalists!

We have over 28 years’ experience in Education and we strive to make learning engaging and accessible for everyone.

Our mantra is ‘Everyone Can’, we work with partners to deliver tailored solutions to enhance an individual’s learning experience and provide the best opportunities for them to achieve.

Our award-winning virtual role-play platform, C-Live, initially developed for teacher training, using interactive technology to allow participants to get real-time experience of a virtual classroom environment. It gaves a newly graduated teacher exposure to life-like classroom dynamics and personalities.

It has now been developed to include workplace scenarios that develop skills and accelerate learning in Leadership & Management, Customer Service and other real life settings that you wouldn’t have the opportunity to experience without being ‘thrown in at the deep end’.

International Clients include Hilton Hotels, Department of Education, Bourne Leisure and leading Universities; our clients understand that exposure to new or challenging situations in a safe environment is incredibly important. Their employees and students have time to practice difficult workplace conversations or manage awkward situations, without saying or doing the wrong thing for the first time with their colleagues; which greatly benefits their workforce mental health and accelerates career progression.
