Connect Training is part of Connect Solutions Group, which is a family run business. Founded in 1993 by former Special Educational Needs teachers, who were frustrated that pupils who had additional requirements were struggling to access vital resources.

25 years later after the development of our sister company Connect Design, we were inspired to create the UK’s first virtual-reality based training company.   Connect Training employ over 30 members of staff, who have specialist knowledge and years of experience delivering Learning and Development solutions.

Our award winning training platform, C-Live has already proven a success in improving soft skills.  It enhances organisations’ performance and operations by equipping workforces to be dynamic, resilient and efficient. It utilises the concept of gamification and simulation-based training to develop a trainee’s soft skills through engaging and experiential learning.

It is the perfect platform to practise all kinds of challenging conversations that could occur in the workplace, such as grievance meetings, return to work interviews and disciplinary meetings. We also offer bespoke scenarios tailored to your individual business requirements.
